We collect personal data strictly when volunteered through our website contact and engagement forms (e.g. your name, work email address, company name, phone number, and workflow inquiry). We do not collect non-essential personal identifiers.
3. Data Residency and Hosting
All client engagement data, tenant states, and Methodical platform workloads deployed for Indian enterprises are hosted exclusively in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1).
